As a Team Lead – Wealth Management / City Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of wealth management professionals, and ensuring high standards of client service. The role demands a strategic approach to portfolio management, client acquisition, regulatory compliance, and team development while achieving sales and profitability targets.
Lead and mentor a team of Wealth Managers to achieve business objectives. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the client base. Ensure effective client relationship management by providing personalized wealth solutions. Oversee investment portfolio structuring, financial planning, and risk assessment. Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, AMFI and other regulatory compliance requirements.
Mentor and coach, the team to enhance performance and professional growth. Business Development & Sales Strategy: Drive revenue growth through sales planning and execution. Strategic Thinking & Decision Making: Analyze financial markets, assess risks, and implement investment strategies.
Guide clients on asset allocation, diversification, and portfolio optimization. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Utilize data-driven insights for financial decision-making. Digital & Technological Proficiency: Leverage financial tools, CRM software, and wealth management platforms. Domain Certifications: Maintain industry certifications to uphold domain expertise.
Communication & Presentation: Clearly articulate financial concepts and investment strategies. Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong influencing skills to close deals and resolve client concerns. Adaptability & Resilience: Stay agile in a dynamic financial market and adapt strategies accordingly. Accountability & Result Orientation: Meet revenue targets and drive overall business success.
