FINANCIAL ANALYST
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Financial Analyst to join our finance and advisory team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in financial analysis, portfolio management, and client engagement. As a lead, you will guide junior analysts, lead strategic financial planning initiatives, and contribute to data-driven investment decisions for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client portfolio analysis, investment advisory, and performance reviews.
- Develop and present advanced financial models, forecasts, and strategic investment plans.
- Mentor and supervise junior analysts and financial planners.
- Conduct deep-dive market and product research to support wealth advisory.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial reporting and advisory processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and internal audit readiness.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide proactive financial planning support.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or wealth management.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
- Proven client relationship management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of investment products, market research, and regulatory norms.
- Leadership capability to guide and mentor team members.
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Economics.
MBA in Finance / CA / CFA (Level 2+ preferred).
NISM certifications (Series X-A / X-B) or equivalent are a plus.
