About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer / Implementor to design, develop, and implement Zoho applications across our business functions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, and other Zoho One applications, along with experience in automation, customisation, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Zoho Application Development & Implementation
• Customise, configure, and implement Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho People, and other Zoho apps.
• Develop and automate workflows, functions, and custom scripts using Deluge scripting.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights.
• Automation & Integration
• Automate business processes using Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Orchestly.
• Integrate Zoho apps with third-party tools via APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Marketplace integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimise system performance.
• Customization & Support
• Develop custom modules and fields to tailor Zoho applications for business needs.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for Zoho users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Security & Compliance
• Ensure data integrity and security within Zoho applications.
• Maintain system backups, user roles, and access controls.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho One, and Deluge scripting.
• Experience in API integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows.
• Knowledge of database structures and relational databases.
• Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications in Zoho Creator / Zoho CRM (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2+ years of experience in Zoho development, customization, and implementation.
