Experience Required :  2-5 Years

Location – Bangalore 

Job Responsibilities will include:

 

Identify and source end to end financial planning customers

Work with analyst teams to prepare financial plan and advice the

customers accordingly

Recommend advised products to customers based on the risk

profile

Manage the portfolios with periodic reviews

SPOC for all client related activities and issues

Create campaigns for new financial plan customer acquisitions

Build expertise in relationship management, advisory, tax planning

and estate planning

 Skills Required :

  • The ability to explain complex information clearly simple
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
  • An interest in financial products and markets
  • Good mathematical and computer skills

Education & Experience:

       Diploma or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline. MBA in Marketing Management, preferred.

Role :Financial Planner/ Wealth

Analyst

Experience Required :  2-4 Years

Location – Bangalore 

Job Responsibilities will include:

Good analytical and interpersonal skills. A great team player who is

self-observant and proactive

 Financial Planning: Construct customized Financial Plan with

suggestions & analysis of existing financial products.

 Aid in queries linked to client’s financial plan and/or portfolio

recommendations (like Taxation, investments & customized reports

related)

 Construction of Model Portfolio as per client risk Profile & time

horizon

 Reviews: Compilation of various reports like Monthly / quarterly /

Capital Gains / Yearly reports

 Other reports – Product note / MF analysis report

 Assist with relevant activities, as may be needed from time to time

 Skills Required :

Role :Wealth Manager

Experience Required : 3-5 yrs

Location – Bangalore 

Job Responsibilities will include:

The role of a Wealth Manager is highly entrepreneurial and involves

extensive client development, prospecting, and financial consultancy.

Actively sourcing and prospecting for potential clients

 Should be responsible in building and maintaining long term

relationships with a portfolio of financially successful clients

 Is expected to be equipped with skills and tools necessary to fast

track client to financial and professional success.

 Reviewing and monitoring clients’ financial progress and status

regularly.

 The candidate should possess first class interpersonal and

communication skills

 Proactive management of the client base to increase

penetration of wealth management products, increase share

wallet and improve profitability of the customer base.

 Proactive learning and self development initiatives to

understand the latest product offerings in the market.

 Effective management of customer relationships and

anticipation of customers financial needs on an ongoing basis.

 Growth of portfolio as outlined in the business plans for the

package (existing and new business) and number of customers

managed (Must Require Acquisition of New HNI Clients )

 Key performance indicators on activity, sales & persist ency by

developing, formulating and implementing specific sales plans

to achieve targets.
