Role :Relationship Manager

Experience Required :  2-5 Years

Location – Bangalore 

Job Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Interfacing with clients and maintaining relationships
  • Interfacing with custodians and maintaining relationships
  • Client Financial Planning: Client Investment, Tax Strategies and Client Investments
  • Implementing customised client strategies
  • Opening new accounts and processing investment paperwork
  • Writing and executing client financial planning materials
  • Running queries and reports with CRM
  • Collaborating closely with other Client Relationship employees, as well as members of Research, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Investment Advisory departments.

 

 Skills Required :

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • The ability to explain complex information clearly simple
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
  • An interest in financial products and markets
  • Good mathematical and computer skills
  • Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
  • An honest and trustworthy manner
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to analyse and research information

Education & Experience:

       Diploma or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline. MBA in Marketing Management, preferred.






The role of a Wealth Manager is highly entrepreneurial and involves extensive client development, prospecting, and financial consultancy.

Role :Wealth Manager

Experience Required : 5+ Years

Location – Bangalore 

Job Responsibilities will include:

The role of a Wealth Manager is highly entrepreneurial and involves extensive client development, prospecting, and financial consultancy.

 

  Actively sourcing and prospecting for potential clients

  • Should be responsible in building and maintaining long term relationships with a portfolio of financially successful clients
  • Is expected to be equipped with skills and tools necessary to fast track client to financial and professional success.
  • Reviewing and monitoring clients’ financial progress and status regularly.
  • The candidate should possess first class interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive management of the client base to increase penetration of wealth management products, increase share wallet and improve profitability of the customer base.
  • Proactive learning and self development initiatives to understand the latest product offerings in the market.
  • Effective management of customer relationships and anticipation of customers financial needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Growth of portfolio as outlined in the business plans for the package (existing and new business) and number of customers managed (Must Require Acquisition of New HNI Clients )
  • Key performance indicators on activity, sales & persistency by developing, formulating and implementing specific sales plans to achieve targets.

 Skills Required :

  • Good understanding in financial assets (Equity, fixed income and derivatives)
  • Understanding of mutual funds (AMC) and other financial products
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel (Basic VBA)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
  • An interest in financial products and markets
  • Good mathematical and computer skills
  • Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
  • An honest and trustworthy manner
