Markets have historically done well prior to the election - Will the markets continue on their positive note post-election?
It entirely depends on the outcome of the election, if one cites a stable Government won by means of majority, we could see the bear rally to sustain a little longer. However, in the past, the post - election market has had a downward bias.

Markets have broken out of 10k levels - Have the markets actually made a turn around?
This may not be an economic turnaround - this could well be a bear rally which will not sustain in the long run

Markets have gained a negative bias, is there a sharp downside seen post poll results?
This is a bear rally and hence, there would be downtrend in the short-medium term

Yes. Not higher than 30%, would prefer reducing this considerably as one ages

Markets have crossed crucial thresholds, do you think we are back on a bull run?
We remain positive in the long term, although it poll results have been pertinent in boosting the market – a downside in the medium term cannot be entirely ruled out. The elections do not manage to change prevailing economic and stock market trends.
