This Application form enables the applicant to register with Right Horizons Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.

This is a service designed to provide suitable real estate purchase options to the applicant. Please fill the form as indicated below to enable us to find out the type of property you would prefer. Upon submission of the form to our representative, your application will be duly processed and registered, and our representative will guide you in:

Identifying a suitable property for purchase
Arranging the site visits to the properties short listed by you
Discussing on your behalf with the seller/ builder the best price for the property that you are interested in
Completion of all the related formalities & paperwork
Getting a home loan approval done
Terms and Conditions
We do not charge any brokerage from the buyer in case of direct purchase from builder.
In case of a resale deal we are entitled to a commission of 2% plus applicable service tax of the finally decided price, which would be payable to us on execution of the sale deed or on taking over of possession, whichever is earlier.
Please note that under no circumstances will fees paid to us be refunded to you.
